This Life Skills Teaching App is operated by supported accommodation providers in the UK to help tenants develop independent living skills.

What Data We Collect

When you complete a course, we collect:

• Your full name
• Contact details (phone number or email)
• Property/accommodation name
• National Insurance number (for identification)
• Your test answers and score
• Date and time of completion

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to:

• Track your progress through the course
• Share your results with your support worker
• Allow follow-up contact about the course
• Verify your identity if you request access to your data

Who We Share Your Data With

Your course results are shared with:

• The support worker who created your course link
• Staff at your supported accommodation (where relevant)

We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your course completion data is retained for 12 months from the date of completion. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, though anonymised statistics may be kept.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Rectification - Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure - Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability - Receive your data in a portable format

Your data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This means:

• Data stays on the device where you completed the course
• Clearing your browser data will remove the stored information
• Staff can export data for their records
